The Ba Provincial Holding Company Limited was established in 1995 following a resolution by the Chiefs of Ba Province to pursue commercialization of its assets previously held by the Ba Provincial Council.

The result was the establishment of a multi-million dollar limited liability private company with its main focus on Real Estate.

The first ever property owned by the Ba Provincial Holding Co. Ltd was the Rogorogoivuda  House at Tavewa Avenue, Lautoka.

The building was initially built by the Ba Provincial Council with funds which was partially raised from the Adi Salusalu Fundraising Events over a few years. The event was always special and iconic to the communities of the Ba Province bringing unity and comradeship and a sense of belonging amognst the Ba People in Fiji and Abroad.

Between the years of 1995 and 2006 the Ba Provincial Holding Company Limited (BPHCL) through aggressive participation in the Real Estate sector was able to grow its investments by developing properties primarily focusing on office accommodation.

As envisioned by the Chiefs of Ba in 1995 the company underwent a share holding restructure between 2012 and 2014 to transfer ownership of the company unto the Land Owning Units (LOU) of the Ba Province, Individuals, Corporations and Groups that are interested in investing in BPHCL.
