Transfered from the Ba Provincial Council (BPC) in the year 1995, the above mentioned property was supposedly the first property to be transfered to BPHCL. A BPC’s meeting resolution was to surrender all of it’s assets for commercialization purposes. Hence the establishment of the ‘Investment Arm'(BPHCL) of the Ba Province.
