CHAIRMAN

Mr Luke Ratuvuki is a retired civil servant and experienced public administrator. He was Chairman of the “Think Tank” committee that initiated the establishment of the company in 1995. He served as a Company Director from 1995 to 2006. He served as CEO and Permanent Secretary of various Government Ministries and was Fiji’s Ambassador to  China prior to retirement. Mr Ratuvuki was also Chairman and Director Operations for Western Shipping Company Limited, a subsidiary of BPHCL. He is currently a business consultant and Director for Nuju Fiji Limited. He was re-appointed as a Director in 2009 and is a member of the Australian Institute of Directors.

DIRECTOR

Ratu Vuniani Dawai holds the traditional Chiefly rank of Tui Nadi. He is also the Deputy Chairman of the Ba Provincial Council since 2018. He was also a former civil servant and served the position of Assistant Roko Tui in the iTaukei Affairs Department.

DIRECTOR

Ratu Meli Saukuru is  a hereditary traditional leader and comes in with a lot of experience by holding Chairmanship of various Boards including the Fiji Pine Group of Companies, Fiji Pine Trust, ba Provincial Council and is a Trustee of the Methodist Church of Fiji Holding Trust. Ratu Meli is a former parliamentarian and was a Minister for Multi-Ethnic Affairs. Ratu Meli was also a member of the Australian Institute of Directors.

DIRECTOR

Ratu Joeli Bulu is a senior civil servant and a member of the Ba Provincial Council. To compliment his teaching profession, Ratu Joeli is a very hardworking social worker and Chairman of the Nawaka Development Committee. He was appointed Director in 2009. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Directors. 

DIRECTOR

Ratu Jone Cakau holds the traditional Chiefly rank of Tui Yasawa. He was a former Civil Servant and retired Officer of the Republic of Fiji Military Forces.

Mr. Shainesh Vikash lal graduated with a Master of Business Administration and comes in with a lot of experience by holding various positions and background in the Finance/ Banking Industry. He was the the Manager West for Carpenters Finance (Fiji) from 2014 to 2016. Since March of 2016 he has been occupied as the Area Manager West for BSP Finance (Fiji).
