There are two main categories in the shareholding structure of the Ba Provincial Holding Company Limited.

Class A shareholders – a total of 596 shareholders consists of Land Owning Units(LOUs) of the Ba Province and three(3) Non-Governmental Organization (Bose ni Momo Trust, Soqosoqovakamarama ni Yasana ko Ba Trust & Ba Youth Trust). The 593 LOUs include 142 Mataqalis and 451 Tokatokas.

As of December 31st 2018 the issued capital was approximately valued to be $2.17 million. The company maintains its own Share Register in accordance with the requirements of the law.

The shares are not listed or traded on any regulated market but are freely transferable to other parties or redeemable to the company.
