Ba Provincial Holdings core business is in real estate. Currently, it has seven (7) buildings mostly rented by government. Four of the buildings are operated under the BOT [Build, Operate and Transfer] scheme and two are owned by the company.
The total value of the buildings is over $16 millions dollars which generates a rental income of more than $2.7 millions. The buildings are:-
